My hilarious and now PREGNANT best friend! These photos were taken during her visit with us after Christmas she came to celebrate the holidays and bring our kiddos gifts; on that very day she found out that her and Dennis were starting their own family!
Lauren has been there after the birth of each of my children. She has come to cheer me up when a delivery didn't go so well, come and just do my laundry when my new bundle of 'joy' has taken all my energy, or simply take my older kids out on a special trip to the movies and spend time with them. I met Lauren during high school and developed a friendship with her. She did not have a sister and I was not raised with my biological sister. There comes a point in friendship where roots and love runs so deep that you feel as though you are family. We are 'sisters' and it is my hope that we remain that way for the rest of our lives.
So welcome "T" I love you already!

What a honor it has been to have been her friend all these years. Her friendship is a precious jewel that I have found on my journey. I am so excited for this new chapter in her life and can't wait to be "Auntie Joy!"
