If you have kept up with my blog you know about my amazing friend Amy Benton. Amy lost two of her children to mitochondria disease. Baby Ava Benton passed away last year. Just a few weeks ago the Benton’s foundation: The Joy Hope Foundation kicked off with a 5k race starting at our church.
It was great to see so many of our church friends out supporting the event. The couple above are Benny’s Sunday School teachers. As you can imagine they are great with him!
Many of our MOPS moms were out to show support. This is my dear MOPS friend, Beth. 
Some parts of life are just down right hard. But is so much easier when you have good friends who walk alongside you.
And friends that INSPIRE you.
