First Swim Lessons

Our good friend Amy Caponi is a swim instructor. She works at various programs in our community and all of her kids are pretty spectacular swimmers. Besides that Amy is phenomenal with children. Natalie is...or should I say "was" dreadfully afraid of the big pool. Amy snatched her up one day and took her in for a swim. I could not believe my eyes and luckily had my camera to prove that not a single tear fell. I knew daddy would not believe it either!
Big brother Andrew and his friend Ryan (one of Amy's boys) kept a watchful eye as she started her lesson.
At first she clung for dear life and was as always a bit dramatic, but again no tears were shed and no screams were heard. Amy, you are amazing!!!!!!
She clearly started to have FUN!
They ended the lesson with some instruction on how to safely get in and out of the pool using the wall. Thanks again, Amy! And hopefully someday soon she will be a member of Lane Lightening just like her big brothers!
