Holiday Randomness

Yes, we brought a tree IN the house!  Some Christmas traditions just boggle little minds.  =)

The board did say Merry Christmas until my budding Picasa put his own hand to it.

 

Natalie, enjoyed seeing all of the ornaments and relished them as “old friends” as each one came out of the box.  =)  

We only got dressed up once this season as five of the six of us had strep throat and it seemed to hit each of us different days so we were locked in the house for what seemed like DAYS.  

Ben is obsessed with a word game on my phone.  It is amazing to see how fast he can match up letters!  I think Ben is a very visual learner! 

We had many of these…

And tried building one of these from a kit as mom was too tired from strep to be too creative. Until Jake one kid ate part of the wall and the the whole thing collapsed.

Ben kept showing us that it came with CANDY!

 

 

Not sure if Jake was frustrated about the house or the little five year old sister giving helpful instruction…

I did manage to get Christmas card out and they were ON TIME this year!
