Two Diplomas In One Week

It has been almost a week since my last post. It has certainly felt like a very long week. It started with Natalie's good-bye picnic for pres-school. Natalie woke in the middle of the night not feeling too good so we went for the last hour of the picnic for her to have "closure." She received her diploma. Therefore, the Cronauer girls managed to bring home two diplomas in one week! And Creative Christine and Miss Jenn made her the most gorgeous scrapbook as their way of saying goodbye.

Sadly, you can see from this photo that she was really not feeling well!

We left that day thinking Miss Christine and Miss Jenn would be joining us for lunch next Wednesday at our house..including all of her pre-school friends and their moms. All year Natalie kept inviting Miss Jenn and Miss Christine over for lunch--telling them, "Come to my house, my Mommy will make chicken salad for you." But little did I know her fever would spike to 103 degrees and last for FIVE DAYS. Not only did we have to cancel this little luncheon at our house but we also had to cancel and reschedule Benjamin's first birthday party! But we are hoping to combine the two events this weekend. =)
